Please read the information below carefully before placing your order. As pieces are made to order, processing times and delivery times may vary depending on demand.

Made to order

Made to order pieces usually take 2 to 4 weeks to make, depending on current demand.
Once production has started, orders cannot be changed, so please double-check your details carefully before placing your order.

UK dispatch

UK shipping is £4.99 and usually takes 2 to 5 working days after dispatch.
If you need your order sooner, express shipping is available for £5.99 and usually takes 1 to 3 working days after dispatch.

Order changes

Please check your order details carefully before placing your order. Once production has begun, made to order items cannot be changed, including size or other details.

If you choose to cancel a made to order order after production has started, a cancellation fee of 50% of the order value may apply

Returns

If you would like to request a return, please email hello@encontrodelinhas.com within 7 days of receiving your order, including your order number and the reason for the return.

Because our pieces are made to order, we do not offer exchanges.
Approved returns may be refunded or issued as store credit, depending on the item and the circumstances.

Return conditions

Returns are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition. Any complimentary items included with the order must also be returned.

If a return is approved, we will provide a return postage label and the cost of return postage will be deducted from your refund or store credit.

For standard returns, a return postage fee of £4.50 will be deducted from your refund.

Faulty or incorrect items

If your order arrives faulty or incorrect, please contact us at hello@encontrodelinhas.com as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the issue. We will review the problem and resolve it as quickly as possible.
